AAbout one week, provided all menu information is received in a timely manner.

QWhat does my web developer have to do?
AShe/he merely puts the “Order Online” link on your website (see Slide 2). We do the rest. We build onto the backend of your website, listing your menu, menu pictures, menu descriptions, prices, etc…all the way to check out (see Image 4 thru 7). We keep the same look, feel, and flow of your website, so your customers don’t know the difference. We like to keep you on the front lines and remain the techy people behind the scenes.

QWhat if I don’t have a website yet?
AWe will develop & maintain one for you. It will not be lavish, but it will serve its purpose of giving you an online presence, appearing in internet searches, and allowing your customers to order from it.

QBut, it costs extra if I need you to build a website for me, right?
ANo, and we even buy the domain name for you if you don’t already have one.

QHow will my employees know about the orders?
AOrders will print out on your printer, fax, and/or email. I recommend your printer as your primary method of receiving orders; have it emailed to you for record keeping purposes, and use fax as a backup method.

QWhat if my employees aren’t looking at my printer all day?
AWe don’t expect them to! Our automated system calls your store while your order is printing out and says “This is Click4AMeal. You just received an online order. Please check your printer.” It’s foolproof.

QHow can I be sure my employees won’t cook the food way before it’s supposed to be ready?
AThe print-time is predetermined by the lead time. I.e. if your lead time for delivery is 45 minutes and your customer wants the order to be delivered at 7pm, then the order will print out at your store at 6:15pm, plus you’ll receive our automated phone call at that same time.

QThere are extra costs involved if I need customer service to make changes to my menu, right?
ANo. Never.

QWhat if I need support late at night or on the weekends?
AWe are available to you 24/7. We literally know if your printer is out of paper before you do. No joke.

QWhat if I have different menus for carry-out, delivery, and/or catering?
ANo problem. Each of those will have different leads times too – we know this and it’s no problem.

QHow will my customers know that I now offer online ordering?
AWe provide you 150 to-go box stickers, 5 flyers, & 16 table tents to help promote just that! I recommend adding “Order Online!” to all of your other current advertisements. I highly recommend making it mandatory that each employee says “Did you know that we now offer online ordering? Just go to our website!” Saying this after each phone order will definitely help spread the word. Soon thereafter, your phone orders will start to dwindle and your online orders will soar, along with your ticket averages by 20-30%!! per Cornell University.
